Payson Arizona Weather

WEATHER - Four Mild Seasons

Payson is blessed with four gentle seasons to nourish the lush vegetation and the Rim Country residents as well. The summers are cooled by mid-afternoon thunder showers and warmed by bright sunny mornings after a star-filled night. Autumn is spiced with vibrant colors among the pines with hardly a nip of frost until November. Rim Country winters are punctuated with occasional snows that quickly melt off in warm days that follow. The snow that falls usually melts off the roads by the afternoon following the storm. Most winter days are in the 50 to 60 degree range. Springtime in Rim Country is show time for the area gardeners and is another gentle season to be savored and enjoyed.
